Allison’s story:
“I have always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took pictures of myself before, I was crying and looking at it. I was very heavy (including when I was pregnant). I didn’t realize my body & I knew it was time to get serious and jealous.
I knew I couldn’t forgive myself, I needed to change myself and my future health. So I followed Move the App exercise, complete each. I joined the accountability group SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas. They became committed to follow 7-day Slim down & The cost of HBMPI am following a 40 Day Sugar fast with my sister.
I started the journey hoping & praying that I could hang on & never give up. Many inspiring women in the LSF community inspired me! Meal plans helped eliminate the work of planning and thinking. And I think that was the key to my success.
Not only did I become physically stronger, I grew in confidence! I have struggled with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness, and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet & moving my body, I have never felt better! My migraines are gone, my anxiety is MUCH better, I have zero energy (waking up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF has been the key to my comeback.”

It’s Natalie Story:
“I gained 35+ lbs in my late thirties and hated every little thing about my body. I found it very difficult to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or strategy to change. I was tired. tired, tired of not getting out of the house because I had no clothes, tired and feeling bad every day.
In just 6 weeks I have gained a confidence I never knew I had, I found a new joy in waking up early in the morning, I got to know my body and what it can do, I found a new relationship with food and learned how to feed my body, I found a great support group, love and encouragement, not to mention I lost 9 lbs and my clothes fit so much better!
For me this is just the beginning! I am committed to being my best self and I have Katie and the LSF team/team to thank for that. I am very grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel empowered, inspired, and excited for more to come! Good things come to those who sweat!”

“I started this problem as a return to the new year to answer myself to start working with a move the program every day and follow closely The cost of HBMP. I also wanted a way to help with this challenge so I started #teamlsfslay and these women have been amazing in encouraging me and sharing their support throughout this process. I don’t think I would be as consistent without them! This challenge made me get into the habit of exercising and eating right.

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member in the The #teamLSF team who not only volunteered in their fitness journey, but also inspired their fellow #teamlsf babies! For each challenge we ask members to nominate people who have inspired them and have been a source of encouragement and inspiration throughout the process.

“I’ve lost 17 pounds since the start of the game Get Well 14 Challenge(11 of which I have lost since the beginning of the SSD).
I stayed on the diet for a month and now my husband and I are taking good care of ourselves.
Despite all that sounds amazing, this challenge was less about hitting weight loss goals and more about enjoying the LSF girls that have delighted me in every previous challenge.
Why am I encouraging others when they don’t believe in themselves or are not encouraged by the people in their lives and may even put their dreams on the back burner. “

“I decided to make a change if you will, in managing my exercise time and sleep time. I started coming home for lunch to make my healthy meal at home and pack my gym clothes to go change after work. Going to the gym directly instead of staying at home first it helped me to start working out, which allows me to eat dinner and finish with a lot of sleep. mine is being crushed, taken away, thinned!”

“I committed to SSD fully and worked on my physical health but most importantly my mental health and that helped my physical health a lot. This challenge was the first time I used a meal plan and I loved it. It was good to be healthy. quick, easy plan , and the useful one that has been placed before me (e.g Move the program exercise) so I don’t always think about what I should eat! I also found a few of my favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt) that were not before The cost of HBMP I didn’t realize I liked it so much.
There are always challenges, but I made it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am so thankful for the #teamlsf girls who inspire and support me. I love this about this challenge – we do it together!
The biggest success from SSD that I can say is that I DID get into exercise and bodybuilding in the morning. I’ve been trying to get this to work for a long time and it finally worked! There! I showed up every day and made small changes that added up and I was proud of my hard work and results. “

“I’ve been through a few of your problems and I feel like this is the one that changed me the most. I made a diet plan this time, and I feel like I’ve been able to change my way of thinking about eating and health. Establish healthy habits for myself and I’ve lost 6.5 pounds so far 8, and since using this program, I have lost 23 pounds!
