Summer is the perfect time to get some outdoor exercise and get some Vitamin D, friend!

Best outdoor workouts to do in Summer:
1. Morning Yoga
Start your day with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet place, spread out your mat, and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. Sailing
Sailing is a great way to distract your mind from what is going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to walk the beach either by yourself (with headphones in & your you love the playlist or podcast) or travel with a friend and discover life!
3. HIIT Workout
Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to the beach for some extra challenge. The soft sand makes your muscles work harder, and the strong wind keeps you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
