- Choose breathable fabrics -Breathable fabrics are the ones that draw moisture away from your body. This helps the sweat to evaporate quickly to keep it cool and dry. Polyester and spandex are both good fabric choices when it comes to choosing workout clothes.
- Avoid cotton – It may be good, but cotton is different from breathing. Instead, it absorbs moisture and preserves your skin. After a long push, a wet and heavy cotton shirt will arrive. Not good.
- Prioritize flexibility – A vigorous exercise program consists of a variety of activities, some indoor and some outdoor. For this reason, it is wise to choose functional clothes that can cover up several different starting points. That way you don’t have to think too much about what to wear when you’re getting ready.
For women, good sports bras are also important. When shopping for sports bras, remember that they should fit a little better than a regular bra, but not so tight that it’s difficult to breathe.
If you exercise regularly, try to have the top five options. Wash days and rest days can overlap.
