I’ve done really well this past week. Now I don’t have sciatica pain in my leg. There is some pain in the left hip and SI joint but the nerves are not crushed. My easy walk lasts up to an hour, which is enough for me to relax. I am also careful to train the strength of the muscles around the hips that have been well tolerated. I won’t push forward until I see my orthopedist on Monday and see what he says. But I’m very happy with the progress so far, and since I’m already behind, I don’t see any reason to risk a quick fix.
