I created this blog when I was single. We had just moved to Valdosta, I was a new military wife, and I had never met any of my local friends. I never thought it would be what it is today, and this little blog has helped me take care of our family and stay home with the kids (this is a lot due to the Pilot’s travel schedule and unpredictable hours), and spending time with you. all related to health and wellness. I feel like I *know* most of you after all these years! I wake up every day excited to write and connect with you all, and I hope you know I don’t take it for granted.
