Dr. Peter Martone is an educator and therapist who has focused on improving patient biomechanics for over 23 years in his private practice as a chiropractor. Dr. Martone always believed that the structure of your spine results from the work of the central nervous system, and this fact is the cornerstone of his practice.
The main belief of Dr. Martone is that the central nervous system controls every activity in the human body and in order to show true health you must maintain your nervous system. When your spine collapses due to poor spinal mechanics, it interferes with the proper functioning of the nerves and thus loses weight.
Peter’s goal is to help as many people as possible achieve optimal health and performance so they can achieve their full potential in life. At the age of 23, Dr. Martone found that it was difficult for his patients to stay connected because of the stress of modern life on their culture. His patients were coming in with the same problems that inspired him to come up with a new way to help manage back pain when they sleep. He worked with designers and engineers to develop the Neck Nest, his new device that helps straighten the backs of patients while they sleep.
Dr. MartoneAdaptive postures are designed to help restore proper biomechanics of the spine by assuming a neutral position, helping you sleep better, live longer and stay healthy. His methods have been featured on CBS, NBC, Fox News, Dave Asprey’s Upgraded Conference, and over 50 podcasts as he travels the world teaching people how to reclaim their health through mastery of sleep.
