1. Relax on the floor and relax. Whether it’s reading a book, taking a bath, going to the sauna, or trying to meditate, find activities that help you relax and unwind before bed.
2. Make a nice dinner. Choose a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and healthy protein to fuel your body and promote good sleep.
3. Have some quiet fun while you sleep. Like a cup of Slumber Party before bed or Protein Packed Peanut Butter Cups satisfying midnight cravings without disrupting your sleep or health journey!
