Tips on How to Stay on Track with SSD


\Week 3 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to give up on your goals, so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and stick to your goals!

1. Prepare Before It Happens

One of the best ways to get exercise is to schedule it into your day. Write or add to your calendar and block off time so you feel more pressured to complete your daily exercise routine.

2. Food Preparation

Take time each week to food preparation + have healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you’re on the hook, you’ll be ready with healthy foods instead of reaching for unhealthy choices in your diet.

3. Mix Your Games

Don’t get stuck in a workout routine! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily workouts. Try different types of exercises in our video library SAVE the program. There’s everything from HIIT to yoga!

4. Find a Fitness Buddy

Having a workout buddy can make staying on track with your daily workouts more fun and motivating. This could be a family member, a close friend, or an LSF baby!We also strongly believe that Accountability Groups play an important role in empowering you in all our challenges. It’s not too late to join one or make one!

5. Benefit Yourself

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set yourself small goals and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a day of self-care, or a favorite pastime. These rewards will keep you motivated and excited to continue your journey.
