How to Prepare for Our Summer Challenge


Ours Summer Shape Up Challenge he’s coming! Are you ready to be healthy, confident, and feel great in just 6 weeks!?

We made a list of 10 things to do earlier we start on July 8 so you can be prepared and have all the tips to succeed this Summer!

Pre-Summer Activities List:

1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan

On July 7th, the day before we start SSU, join us for a Bikini Body Detox Plan, to lose weight and prepare to crush your fitness goals! You will get this plan for FREE when you sign up Here.

2. Food Preparation

One of the keys to overcoming adversity is meal planning. Take the time to plan your meals for the week, so you can stay on track with your nutrition goals.

This makes it easier to eat healthy during the week so you don’t have to worry about junk food and snacks.

3. Take Pictures of Your Face

Taking your past photos is the key to tracking your progress + being eligible for the Grand Prize!

Upload your SSU 2024 poster (In the SSU Playbook) so we can make sure this is a true “before” picture of the challenge!

What to do:

  • Light, natural light

  • Tights/sports bra & shorts

  • Standing & full body

  • Front, side, back

  • A clean surface (such as a wall or door)

  • Wear the same outfit before & after!

Don’t:

  • A dark, shadowy light
  • Loose clothes
  • A disturbing history
  • Long Shot

4. Summer Shape Up Meal Plan

5. Copy Move

6. Have Clear Goals

Describe your goals for SSU. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or building endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.

7. Write Notes to See What Happens

Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be the key to tracking your progress + celebrating your accomplishments at the end of Summer Shape Up.

8. Join the Accountability Group

We strongly believe that Accountability Groups are the key to staying motivated throughout your fitness journey. With Summer Shape Up coming up, we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to be successful, so we want to help you create! See post on @timulsf how to join the group!

9. Plan Your Exercise Time

Block time in your calendar or exercise plan. Make it special by planning ahead and treating it like any other important occasion!

10. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the process. Staying hydrated is important for health, energy, and recovery after exercise. You can also make drinking water more interesting by adding it to the jar Wing Woman or Natural Beauty😉
