5 tips to help you stay on track during finals week:
1. Have a Final Week Goal
Whether you’re hitting a new record in your workout or sticking to the Hot Body Meal Plan without compromising, setting a realistic goal for the week ahead will give you something to work towards. Write it down and remind yourself every day to stay focused.
2. Don’t compare yourself to others
Everyone’s fitness journey is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Look at what you have done and how far you have come since the beginning of SSU.
3. Be Happy
Good personal communication can go a long way in helping you stay motivated. Remind yourself of the hard work you’ve done so far and the progress you’ve made. Encourage yourself with affirmations and believe that you can finish the challenge strong.
4. Track Your Response Team
Your feedback team is there to support you, so don’t be afraid to reach out to them for encouragement if you feel like you’re falling behind on your goals. Share your challenges, accomplishments, and goals with your LSF kids, and let them lift you up. Knowing that you are not alone in this journey is very empowering.
5. Enjoy Your Journey
Take time to celebrate how far you’ve come in your fitness journey. Appreciate the hard work and dedication you have put in over the past few weeks. Commit to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and SSU!
This last week of SSU is your chance to finish strong and show yourself what you can do. Stay motivated, stay positive, and never give up. You’re at week 6 and it’s amazing!
